HomeMy WebLinkAbout68-205RESOLUTION NO ~~ Q.S~ BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNLA RESOLUTION EXCHANGING REAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTING GRANT DEED AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE (Forbestown Road Relocation 26622-671) WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, heretofore declared its intention to exchange that real property described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, for that certain real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto; and WHEREAS, said property, Fully described in Exhibit "B" is not required 7 8 9. to 11. 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 E 20 21 22 23 24 23 26 2'7 28 29 30 31 for county use; and WHEREAS, said real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is necessary for the public and the county use as right of way; and WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No. 68-156 passed and adopted on September 17, 1968, stated their intention to exchange the real properties described in the exhibits herein, NOWT THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1. The Board hereby exchanges the real property described in Exhibit "S", attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, for that certain real property shown in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full. 2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed in favor of A. KVORNTNG and ETHEL M. KVORNING, covering the real grogerty described in Exhibit "B", and the Chairman is further authorized to accept a Grant Deed from A. KVORNING AND ETHEL M. KVORNING in favor of the County of Butte, covering that certain real property described in Exhibit "A". 3.
