BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNLA
RESOLUTION EXCHANGING REAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTING GRANT DEED AND
AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE (Forbestown
Road Relocation 26622-671)
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, heretofore declared its intention to exchange that real property
described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, for that certain real property
described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, said property, Fully described in Exhibit "B" is not required

for county use; and
WHEREAS, said real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
is necessary for the public and the county use as right of way; and
WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No. 68-156 passed
and adopted on September 17, 1968, stated their intention to exchange the real
properties described in the exhibits herein,
NOWT THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. The Board hereby exchanges the real property described in Exhibit
"S", attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, for
that certain real property shown in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed in favor
of A. KVORNTNG and ETHEL M. KVORNING, covering the real grogerty described in
Exhibit "B", and the Chairman is further authorized to accept a Grant Deed
from A. KVORNING AND ETHEL M. KVORNING in favor of the County of Butte,
covering that certain real property described in Exhibit "A".
3. This Board of Supervisors has previously gassed Resolution No.
b8-165 which effectively creates the exchange above; however, the title
company has recorded the deeds out of sequence and has requested that this
resolution and quitclaim deed be adopted, properly executed and recorded
to properly effect said exchange.

All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a portion of the north 14z acres of the southwest quarter of Section I8~ T19N,
R6E, MDB&M, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of the above said southwest quarter of
Section 18, from which the northwest corner of said quarter bears S 89°52'05"W,
2566.34 feet; thence along the said north line N 89°52105" E, 148.25 feet to the
northeast corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to A. and Ethel M.
Kvorning as described in the deed recorded Sanuary 20, 1966, in Book 1409, at page
565y Official Records of Butte County; thence along the east line of said Kvorning
parcel, S 0°17'06"E, 110.65 feet; thence leaving said east line, along the arc of a
nan-tangent 740.00 foot radius curve radial line to said curve at this point bears
5 30°29'48"W}, concave to the northeast through a central angle of 9°02'44", a dis-
tance of 116.83 feet; thence non-tangent to the last described curve, N 50°50'48"W,
68.64 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 0.199 acre, more or less.

All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a portion of the east one acre of the north 14z acres of the south-
west quarter of Section 18, T19IV, R6E, MDB&M, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a point on the north line of the above said southwest quarter of
Section 18, from which the northwest corner of said quarter bears S 89°5205"W,
2714.59 feet, said point also being the northwest corner of that certain parcel
of land conveyed to John and Janet Cooper, as described in the deed recorded
August 19, 1965, in Book 1386, at page 630, Official Records of Butte Co+inty;
thence S 0°17'06° E, along the west line of said Cooper parcel, 110.65 feet to
the true point of beginning of the herein described parcel; thence from said true
point of beginning, continuing 5 0°17'06"E, 106.08 feet to the sauthwest corner
of said Cooper parcel; thence N 89°52'05"E, along the south line of said Cooper
parcel, 200.99 feet to the southeast corner of said Cooper parcel, said point also
being on the east line of the above said southwest quarter of Section 18; thence
N Om17'06"W, along the east line of said sauthwest quarter, 24.03 feet; thence
leaving said east line, along the arc of a non-tangent 740000 foot radius curve
radial line to said curve at this point bears S 13°36'40"W) concave to the north-
east, through a central angle of 16°53`08", a distance of 218.08 feet to the L-rue
point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.276 acres, more or less.
