1 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIi~
2 RESOLUTION CDNSENTING TO RELINQUISHMENT OF RELOCATED
AND RECONSTRUCTED CWNTY ROAD CONNECTION IN THE
3 COUNTY OF BUTTE ROAD 3-BUT-162-PM 11.8
4 WHEREAS, the State of California has acquired rights of way
5 for and has relocated and reconstructed Larkin Road and connection,
6 Road 3-But-162 PM 11.8; and
7 WHEREAS, the County of Butte does hereby find and determine
8 that it is desirable and in the public interest that said re-
9 located and reconstructed county road connection be relinquished
10 by the California Highway Commission to the County of Butte for
11 use as a county road connection; and
12 WHEREAS, the relocated and reconstructed county road
13 connection in the County of Butte, together with the right o£ way
14 and appurtenances thereof, is described as follows:
15 All that relocated and reconstructed county road connection
16 (Larkin Road! indicated by shading on that certain highway Title
17 Map labeled Relinquishment Request No. 2359-X.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
19 of the County of Butte, State of California, that the County of
20 Butte hereby consents to the relinquishment of the hereinabove
21 described relocated and reconstructed county road connection and
22 requests the California Highway Commission take legal action under
23 Section 73 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
24 California to accomplish the purpose and intent of this resolution
2S BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this
26 resolution be delivered by the Clerk of the County of Butte to
27 the Division of Highways of the State of California for trans-
28 mittal to the California Highway Commission for their action under
29 Section 73 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
30 California.
