RESIi9ENTIAY, DISTRICTS OF BUTTE COUNTY
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
Do Ordain as followso
Bute County Ordinance Nos. 54$, 5$9, 619, 62y. and 615 of said County
are hereby amended in the following-respects and particularsY
Section 2 of said Ordinances are amended to read as followse
201 Uses permitted:
1} One-family dwellings, not incl~xding tents or tx°ailers.
2} Accessory buildings pertinent to permitted uses.
3} Agricultural uses9 except livestock & goultry farming.
2.2 The following uses subject to the securing of a Use Permit in
each ca~ee .
1) Two®family dwellings and multiple®family dwellings,
2) Golf courses and country clubs.
3) Public and quasi public uses including ch~ax°ches, fire
houses, hospitalsg parks and playg~°ounds9 schools and
public utility buildings.
~} Private s~ableso
5} Poultry farming and livestock farming.
6) Veteri~aary clinics.
2.3 Miniffie~.m building site area required: Eight thousand,
one hundred and twenty®five ($y125) square feet.
2.4 Minimum building site width requiredS Sixty-five (65) feet.
2.5 Minimum front yard requiredo Twenty-five (25) feet.
2.6 Minimum side yard required: Five (5) feet.
The foregoing amendments to Ordinance Nos. 5!+$, 5$9, 619, 624 and
b45 oft said County shall take effect thirty (30) daps after the passage
of the same, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after such
passage the foregoing amendments shall be published with the names of
the members voting for and against the same y in the Paradise Post ^
