HomeMy WebLinkAbout684ORDINANCE NO. 68l~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, BONING A PORTION OF SAID COUNTY PURSUANT TO E~TSTING ORDINANCE NOS. 475 AND 522 OF SAID COUNTY, AND AMENDING THE SAID ORDINANCES The Bs~ar of Supervisors of the C¢yunty of Butte, State of California, der and pursuant to Ordinance No. 4.75 of said County, being the doh rag Enabling Ordinance of said County, as amended by Ordinance No. 5228 da ordain as followsm SECTION The hereinbelow described areas situate in the County of Buttes Sta a of Californiae sha11 be and it is hereby zoned as an TMA-R~ (Agric tural-Residential) District, and such-area shall be sub3ect to th restrictions and restricted uses and regulations herein- after specifi d and provided. The area so zoned is a part of the Community of hermalito and is particularly described as follows: Beginsain at the intersection of the centerline of Merced Avenue (State H ghway 2l-A) and centerline of 10th Street; thence northerl along said centerline of 10th Street to the intersection of the c nterline of Grand Avenue, thence easterly along the centerli e of Grand Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of i~th S reetg thence southerly along the southerly projection of lath Stre t to the centerline of the Feather River and meandering along sa d centerline of the Feather River to its intersection unth the centerline of Merced Avenue '(.State H~.ghway 21-A); thence westerly along the centerline of Merced Avenue (State Highway 21-A} to the p int of beginning.
