1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 679 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KNC{dN AS THE
2 "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR TIIN FISCAL YEAR 1960-61.
3 THE.BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTES STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
4 do ordain as follows:
5 1. THAT Ordinance No. 679 of the County of Butte is hereby amended as follcArs:
6 (a) That the salary ranges of the following classification contained in
7 Section 3, Subsection (A) of said Ordinance No. 679 sha71 be amended to read
g as follows:

11 (b) That Section 3, Subsection (B) of said Ordinance No. 679 be amended
12 as follows to delete therefrom:

15 and add thereto the following:

18 ((:) That there shall be added to said Ordinance No. 679 a new section
19 to be numbered 31A~~~ahich shall read as follows:

2, This Ordinance shall be operative on January 1, 1961 and sha7.l. take effect
thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage and,adccption shall be published once in
the Oroville Mercury Register , a newspaper published in the. County of
Butte, State of California, together faith the names of the members voting
for and against said Ordinance
ADOPTED AND PASSED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF
BUTTE, State of California on the 28th day of November, 1960 by the following
vote:
