AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATB OF
CALTFORNIAe ZONING A PORTION OF SAID COUNTY
PURSUANT TO EXISTING ORDINANCE NOSo ~`~~ AND
X22 OF SA:CD CbUNTYe AND AMENDING THE SAID ORDINANCES
The Board of Supex°~risors of the County of Buttee State of Californiae under and
pursuant to Ordinance Noa X75 of said Countys being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance
of said County, as amended by Ordinance Noo 5228 do ordain as follows:
SECTION to The hereinbelow described area9 situate in the County of Butte, State
of California,~shall be and it is hereby zoned as an °'A-R" (Agricultural Residential.).
District as hereinafter described and subject to all of the restricted uses ap-
plicable to the uses of an e1AmR°i Distri.ot9 sa~.d area so zoned being boated South
of the City of Orovillee Californiae particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the quarter corner common to Sections 2$ and 298 To 19, No R, ~E;
thence northerly along section line to its intersection with center line of Ithaca
Street; thence westerly on center line of Ithaca Street to its intersection with
center line of Palex~no Road; thence southerly•~~long center line of Palermo Road to
its intersection with the NorthmSouth half-section line of Section 298 Te 19,
No R, ~E; thence easterly along said half-section line to the point of beginning;
excluding therefrom that portion of Paxton Addition Subdivision East of Palermo
Road and Oakdale Heights Subdivision Units Noo 18 2 and 3,
SECTION 2e Subject only to the exception provided in Section 38 the District a.n
its entirety shall be subject to the following restrictions9 restricted uses and
regulationss

the depth shall not exceed three hundred and thirty {330} feet from the
centerline of Palermo Roado

SECTION 5~ Pelanties fnr any violation of the zoning hereby imposed within the
District shall be as px°otrided in -the Zoniaag Ehabla.ng 0~°dax~.ance o In compliance wa.th
the provisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance9 this Ordinance shall from and
after its effective date become a supplement to and a part of the Zoning Enabling
Ordinances
SECTION 6o This Ordizxarace sha1~. be and it is hereby declaa°ed to be in full force
and effect from. and after th~rt~ -~30) daysafter the date of its passage9 and before
the expiration of fifteen (l,~) days after its passage this Ordinance_shalZ be pub-
fished once with the names of the members noting for and against it, in the
