BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. ~$$ 690
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 679 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
KNOY~N AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1960-51.
The BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALxFORNIA, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 679 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) That the salary range of the following classific-
ation contained in Section 3, Subsection (a) of said Ordinance
No. 579, as previously amended, shall be amended to read as
follows:
Class Title Number & Range
Tabulating Supervisor 30 (513 - 639)
(b) That Section 38 of Ordinance No. 679, as amended,
shall be again amended to change the salary range in the followi:
position and classification:

2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage and adoption, shall be published once in
the Paradise Post a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California, together with the
names of the members voting for and against said ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
thereof on the 3rd day of January, 1961.
