RESOLUTION EXCHANGING REAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIP4 DEED AND
AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TD STGN CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
(Lower Wyandotte Road 21553-66-1)
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Californian heretofore declared its intention to exchange that real property
described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, for that certain real property
described in Exhibit "A'", attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, said property, fully described in Exhibit "B" is not require
for county use; and
WHEREAS, said real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, .
is necessary for the public and the county use as right of way; and
WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No. 68-204A passed
and adapted on December 17, 1968, stated their intention to exchange the real
properties described in the exhibits herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. The Board hereby exchanges the real property described in Exhibit
"B", attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, for
that certain real property shown in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a Qriit Claim Deed in favor
of NELLIE LYONS? covering the real property described in Exhibit "B", and the
Chairman is further authorized to accept a Quit Claim Deed from NELLIE LYONS
in favor of the County of Butte, covering that certain real property described
in Exhibit "A",
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the Oounty of Butte
State of California this 7th day of January ~ 1969, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Faxon, Reynolds and Chairman McKillop
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

(21553°66-1 Lower Wyandotte Road)
All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of
California, described as follows:
The northeasterly half of the old Oroville-Wyandotte Road, also known as
the Lower Wyandotte Road as the same e~cisted prior to the year 1967, lying
within, the southwest quarter of Section i6, Ti9N, A4E, I~B&M.
EXHIBIT "B"
LOWER WYANDOTTE ROAD
A11 that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of
California, being a portion of the southwest quarter of Section lb, T19N, R4E,
MDBbdS, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of that certan parcel of land described
in the deed to Moore Dry Dock Company, recorded March 12, 1964, in Book 1301 at
page 471, Butte County Official Records, said point of beginning being on the
northeasterly right of way line of Lower Wyandotte Road (formerly Oroville-Wyandotte
County Road), as said road existed Sanuary 1967; thence from said point of beginning
along said northeasterly right of*tiay line S 17°17'52"E, 110.30 feet and S 23°05'52"E
97.20 feet; thence leaving said northeasterly right of way line N 37°30'05"W, 205.31
feet; thence N 59°30'20"E, 62.74 feet to the point of beginning. Containing an
area of 0.134 acre,. more or less.
