RESOLUTION EXCHANGING REAL PROPERTY AND ACGEPTIIVG GRANT DEED AND
AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN CERTIFICATE OE ACCEPTANCE

WHEREASx the Board of Supeevisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, heretofore declared its intention to exchange that real. property
described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, for that certain real property
described in Exhibit "A"', attached hereto; and
WHEREAS,,,'said property, fully described in Exhibit "B" is not re-
quired far county use; and
WHEREA.S~ said real property described in Exhibit rrArT attached hereto,
is necessary for the public and the county use as right of way; and
WHEREAS: the property to be exchanged is of equal value; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No. 6$--204 passed
and adopted on December l7, 1968, stated their intention to exchange the real
properties described in the exhibits herein,
NOW? THEREFOREx BE ZT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. The Board hereby exchanges the real property described in Exhibit
rrBrra attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, for
that certain real property shown in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a Quit Claim deed in favor
of MOORE DRY DOCK COMPANY, covering the real property described in Exhibit IIBrE~
and the Chairman is further authorized to accept a Grant Deed from MOORE DRY
DOCK COMPANY in favor of the County of Butte, covering that certain real pro--
petty described in Exhibit "A".

State of California this 7th day of d'anuary ? i96g, by the following
vote;

A11 that real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California,
being a portion of the southwest quartex of Sectioxt lb, T19N, R4E, MDB&M, described
as 'follows:
Beginning at a point on the east right of way line of Central Drive (80 feet
side) as described in that certain deed to Butte County, recorded August 7, 1956,
i.n:Book 830 at page 23, Official Records of Butte County, said point also being at
tkze southwest corner of that certain parcel of land described as Earcel One in the
deed to Moore Dry Dock Company recorded March 12, 19b4, In Book 1301 at page 469,
Butte County Official Records; thence S 20°32158"E, 126.73 feet; thence S 28°39'47"E,
63:25 feet to a point on the existing northerly right of way line of Lower Wyandotte
Road formerly Wyandotte Avenue) as described i.n Parcel Two of the said deed to
Moore Dry Dock Company; thence along the said northerly right of way line of Lower
Wyandotte Road N 65°0~.,'S2"W, 7179 feet and N 78°08'52"W, 51.60 feet to the most
southeasterly point of the above said Butte County parcel; thence along the easterly
line of said Butte County parcel,. along the arc of a tangent 20.D0 foot radius curve,
concave to the northeast, through a central angle of 77°35'31", a distance of 27.08
feet and N 00°33'2,1"Ws 140.90 feet to the point of beginning. Containing an area

MDB&M, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the east right of way line of Central Drive {80 feet

Book 820, at page 23, Butte County Official Recards said point being also the south':^
west corner of that certain parcel. of land described as parcel one in the deed to
Moose Dry Dock !:;company, recorded March l2, 1.464, in Book 1301, at page 469, Butte
County Official Recards; thence S 20°32158"E, 126.73 feet; thence S 28°39'47"E, 63.25
feet to a point on the existing northeasterly right of way line of Lower Wyandotte Road
(formerly Wyandotte Avenue) as described in Parcel Two of said, deed to Moore Dry
Dock Company and the TRUE POINT Ol' BEGINNING for this description; thence along the

marking the most westerly corner of that certain parcel of land described in the

Lower Wyandotte Raad ~farmerly Oroville-Wyandotte County Road) as described in the

feet to the southwest carnet of the last mentioned Moore Dry Dock parcel; thence
leaving said northeasterly line of Lower Wyandotte Road S 59°30120"W,62.74 feet;
thence N 30°37'32"W, 208.03 feet; thence S 6l°58'S5`rE, 8.16 feet; thence N 28°01x05 "E,
5.00 feet; thence N 61°58'55"W 16.37 feet; thence N 30°37'32"W, 74.22 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGTNNTNG. Containing an area of 0.356 acre, more or less.
