THEREFOREx BE ZT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1. The Board hereby exchanges the real property described in Exhibit rrBrra attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, for that certain real property shown in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full. 2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a Quit Claim deed in favor of MOORE DRY DOCK COMPANY, covering the real property described in Exhibit IIBrE~ and the Chairman is further authorized to accept a Grant Deed from MOORE DRY DOCK COMPANY in favor of the County of Butte, covering that certain real pro-- petty described in Exhibit "A". ,PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte; State of California this 7th day of d'anuary ? i96g, by the following vote; AYES• Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Maxon, Reynolds and Chairman McKillop NOES: None . ,.......... _ TT.... a _ r .
