RESOLUTION DIRECTING READVERTISEMEI~TT FOR BIDS FOR CON-
STRUCTION WORK TO BE DONE. IN SIERRA DEL ORO ESTATES
UNIT NO. 3 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT., COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, •
State of California, did, on the 27th day of August, 1968, adopt
its Resolution of Intention to order the improvements and acquisi-
tions to be done and made in Sierra Del Oro Estates Unit No. 3
Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California; and
•. ~ WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention fixed Tuesday,
the 8th day of October, 1968, as the time for hearing on the
Resolution of Intention and said hearing was duly continued from
time to time until the 4th. day of Eebruaxy;1969;. and
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention has been amended
by the Board of Supervisors to delete the system of domestic
water supply from .the scope of the work to be done; and
WHEREAS, for the purpose of determining at the time of
the hearing on the Resolution of Intention the total contract cost
of the work proposed to be done pursuant to said Resolution bf
Intention, said Board of Supervisors called for sealed proposals
for .the doing of said work and making of said improvements, said
.proposals to be delivered to the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte on or before Tuesday, the 10th daY of December, z
I968, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock A.M.; and
WHEREAS, at the time fixed for receipt of sealed pro-
posals, no bids were received by the Board of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the property
owners that the County Clerk be directed to readvertise for

sealed proposals for the doing of said work and making of said
improvement; -
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
- visors of the County of Butte, State of California, that sealed
~- proposals for the doing of said work and making of said improve- .
ments shall be delivered to the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte on or before Tuesday, the '4th day of February, 1969, at
the hour of '8-:00 o'clock p. M., in the chambers .of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, located in the Courthouse,
Oroville, California, which said time and place are hereby fixed
as the time and place of a public meeting, at which said bids will
be publicly opened, examined and declared by the County Clerk of
the County of Butte. Said bids, after being publicly opened, ex-
amined, and declared, will be calculated by the Engineer of Work,
their report returned to the County Clerk, and the report of the
results of the bidding and the calculations of the Engineer of Work
will be reported to the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any
and all proposals should it deem this necessary for the public
good and also the bid of any bidder who has been delinquent or
unfaithful in any former contract with the County of Butte.
The County Clerk of the County of Butte is hereby
ordered to give Notice Inviting Sealed Bids in the time, form
and manner provided by law.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the 7th day of JanuarX-,• ,1969.;:, by the follow-
