WHEREAS, JESSIE ~tOGEB.S tendered her resignation as County
Clerk of the County of Butte, effective December 31, 1968; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
has accepted with regret said resignation and ordered this
Resolution in appreciation of public services rendered by JESSIE
ROGERS, to be prepared and submitted,
NOW, THE~2EFORE, IT I5 HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows,
to wit:
1. That JESSIE ROGERS has rendered valuable and faithful
service to the County of Butte, and has, since the 1st day of
.,January, 1962, served as the County Clerk of said County.
2. That this Board of Supervisors hereby expresses its
appreciation for such services so ably rendered to the County of
Butte and unto the citizens thereof.
3. That the Clerk of this Board is authorized to certify
and deliver to JESSIE ROGERS a copy of this Resolution as a
testimonial of the sentiments of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 7th day of January, 1969, by
the following vote:
AYESsSupervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Maxon, Reynolds & Chairman McKillop
