HomeMy WebLinkAbout69-0141 2 3 4ii 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION N0. 69-14 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALTFORNIA RESOLUTION AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY PERSONNEL RULES WHEREAS, this board finds that the Personnel Rules in force for the employees of the County of Butte are in need of change, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE that the Personnel Rules for the employees of the County of Butte are amended as set out in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth i fu11 as to the particular section numbers. NELSON, County Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of the Board of Supervisors By Deputy 1 2 3 Section 9.8 of the Butte County Personnel Rules is ~ amended to read as follows: ~ Section 9.8 1-Iolidays. Each employee in the classified s service shall be entitled to the following paid 7 holidays: New Y'ear's Day, Lincoln's Birthday, g Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence g Day, Labor Day, Admission Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's 10 Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Good Friday from 11 12 noon until 3 p.m. and every day on which election 12 is held throughout the State, or when a holiday is 13 proclaimed by the Governor. When a holiday falls on l~k Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed. This notice is to be published each day for two successive weeks prior to the date fixed for hearing. Copies of the resolution, when conformed, are to be delivered to Mr. Hal McDonald, of the Department of Public Works, for posting along the line of the roads or portions of roads to be abandoned. The bill for the publication is to be presented to the Department of Public Works and charged to the Department of Water Resources. to me.
