BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION IN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGHWAY
'a IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 2250'7)
BE IT RF50LVID by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-
described portion of Clark Road is restricted to parallel-parking only and
the portion of said road on which the parking and standing of vehicles is re-
stricted is described as follows, to wit:
On the east side of Clark Road, beginning twenty-five feet
south of the intersection of Clark Road and Elliott Road
and continuing south a distance of approximately 360 feet.
2. That PARALLEL PARKING ONLY signs be placed at the appropriate
locations on said road,
3. This resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of
the Vehicle Code, and violation of said resoltion constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section 10000 of said Vehicle Code. i
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte~ll,
State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the Zlst day
of January , 1969, by the following vote:
AYE: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsdan, Maxon. Reynolds and Chairman McKil3.op
