WILLIAMSON AS AUTHORIZED AGENT TO STGN FOR SURPLUS PROPERTY WHEREAS, this board had previously delegated Genevieve Hovey as the individual authorized to serve as the countys representative to acquire federal surplus property from the California Educational Agency; and WHEREAS, said Genevieve Hovey has retired and it is necessary to appoint another individual to assume these duties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that Robert E. Williamson shall be and is hereby authorized as our representative to acquire federal surplus property from the California State Educational Agency for Surplus Property under the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in fu11.
