I. STATUS OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION A. Total number of parcels required 22 B. Parcels acquired outright 8 C. Parcels covered by right-of-way contract 11 D. Parcels covered by Order for Immediate Possession 3 II. STATUS OF AFFECTED RAILROAD FAGIT,ITIES None III. DESIGNATED MATERIAL SITES None IV. DESIGNATED DISPOSAL AREAS None V. STATUS OF UTILITY RELOCATION Water, gas power and telephone facilities are presently within the limits of this project; however, all utilities will be moved prior to commencement of construction. VI. SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS No buildings with salvage or marketable value exist within the right of way. VII. UNAUTHORIZED ENCROACHMENTS None VIII. GOMPLIANGE WITH RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE PUBLIC NOTICE During right-of-way negotiations, one complete parcel including dwel^ ling was acquired in lieu of a partial acquisition. Due to the proxi- mity of the proposed right-of^way line with tl~ dwellings the con- cerned party requested a total acquisition in lieu of the partial ac- quisition as appraised. In ensuing negotiations and in compliance with paragraph 3h (3~ as contained in Section 7,2811 of the above, the concerned party was fully informed of the availability of re- location assistance, which said assistance was waived. This was the only right-of-way acquisition requiring relocation and was ac^ quired because of the concerned party4s request; therefore, paragraphs 3h O and 3h (2) as contained in Section 7.2811 of the above are not applicable, 1 2 3 5 6 7 8 9 10 1~. 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 3 0 i 31 I 32 In making this certification, the County of Butte agrees to hold the State of California harmless from any liability which may be established by and in the event the right of way is not clear as herein certified.
