RESOLUTION FINDING AND DETEP.NIINING THAT TIE PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE IMPROVEMENTS
AND ACQUISITIONS ~'N SIERRA DEL ORO ESTATES UNIT N0,
3 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OF BUTTE,-STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
6~lEREAS, a public hearing, for which reasonable notice
has been given by publication, has been held as to the public con-
venience and necessity of the improvements and acquisitions in
Sierra Del Oro Estates Unit No, 3 Assessment District, County of
Butte, State of California; and
[dIiEREAS, this Boarcl has heard and considered all the evi-
dence, both oral and written, relative to the public convenience
and necessity of the construction of the aforesaid improvements;
N04?, THEREf'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board finds
and determines that the public convenience and necessity -require
the improvements and acquisitions in Sierra Del Oro Estates Unit
No. 3 Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California,
and further determines that the "Special Assessment investigation,
Limitation and Majority Frotest Act of 1931" shall not apply to
these assessment proceedi.ngs;`~and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this project shall proceed
in accordance with the teams and provisions of the Improvement Act
of 1911.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State oi- California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 11th day of February, 1969, by the following vote, to wit:
