RESOLUTION ORDERING THE ~dORIC
1~1II.EREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, did, on the 27th-day of August, 1968, adopt
its Resolution of Tntention, as amended, to order all of the therein
described improvements and acquisitions to be done and made in
Sierra Del Oro Estates Unit No. 3 Assessment District, County of
Butte, State of California; and
I+IHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention, as amended, fixed
'Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1968, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock
A.I. of said day, as the time for hearing upon said Resolution of
Intention, as amended; and
'vdHEREAS, on the 8th day of October, 1958,. the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte continued the hearing on said
assessment district to the 22nd day of October, 1958, at the hour
of 11:00 o'clock A.M., and said hearing was duly continued from time
to time until the 11th day of February, 1969, at the hour of 8:30
o'clock P.M.; and

WEIEREAS, bids have been received for the work and im-
provement to be done antler said Resolution of Intention, as amended;
NOtid, THEREFORr, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of t'ne County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
Resolution of Intention No. 68-150, passed by the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte on the 27th day of August, 1968,
as amended, be, and the same is hereby confirmed, and the work des-
cribed in said Resolution of Intention, as amended, is hereby ordered
to be done and made.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
thellth day of February, 1969, by the following vote, to wit:
