COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
4THEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, did, on the 27th day of August, 1968,
pass its Resolution of Intention, as amended, for the improvements
and acquisitions to be made and done pursuant to the provisians of
the Improvement Act of 1911; and
LJHEREAS, said board of Supervisors of the County of .Butte
desires that the improvements and acquisitions be done under the
direction of HURRAY & P1cCORMICY., INC., Engineer of 6dork, and that
any assessment hereinafter to be made fox the distribution of the .
costs of the improvements and acquisitions upon the lands benefited
thereby, shall be made and signed by the Engineer of T,dorlc;
NO~rJ, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RE50LVED that the aforesaid
improvements and acquisitions shall be done under the direction of
NNRRAY & ~icCOPS-PICK, INC., Engineer of ~rJork for ,s aid Sierra Uel Oro
Estates Unit No. 3 Assessment District, County of Butte, State of
California.

I HEREBY GERIIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adapted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 11th clay of February, 1959, by the following vote, to gait:
