PESOLUTION b10. 69-30
RESOLUTION OF A43AP.D OF CONTRACT
i~REAS, on the 7th day of .3anuary, 1969, the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, directed
the County Cleric of the County of Butte to advertise for the receipt
of sealed bids for doing the work and improvements described in
Resolution of Intention No. 5°-150; as amended, Sierra Del Oro
Estates Unit No. 3 Assessment District, County of Butte, State of
California, which said Resolution of Intention, as amended, was
adopted on the 27th. day of August, 1968, and is hereby expressly
referred to for a description of said work and improvements, and
for all particulars relative to the proceedings under said Pesolution
of Intention, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the County Clerk of the County of $utte, State of
California, on the 4th day of February, 1969, at a pub],ic meeting,
publicly opened, examined and declared alI sealed proposals-for
doing the work anti improvements described in said Resolution of
Intention, as amended; and
ti•J1iEREAS, said bids, after being publicly opened, examined
and declared, were referred tb the Engineer of Work of said assess-
ment district, were calculated by them, and their report thereon
returned to the County Clerk and the report of the results of the
bidding were reported to the Board of Supervisors of the County of
$utte;
NOti•; , T1iEREFORI, IT I5 HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, hereby
rejects all of said bids or proposals except that herein mentioned,'

and hereby awards the contract for said work and improvements to
the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:-
A. Teichert & Son, Inc.
at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file in the office
of the County Cleric of the County of Butte;
Said County Clerk is hereby directed to publish a Notice
of Award of Contract in the C11IC0 ENTERPRISE, a newspaper circulated
in the County of Butte, and heretofore designaL-ed for that purpose
by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte.

I IiEREiY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
thellth day of February, 1969, by the folloZaing vote,.to wit:
