BE IT RESOLVED ANll ORDERED, that the County Counsel of the
County of Butte, State of California, be and he is hereby authorized
a.nd directed to execute a Disclaimer in that pertain proceeding
entitled "United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. 272.40 Acres of
Land, more or less, in Butte and Plumas:Counties, State of Califor-
nia; GEORGIA-PACIFIC CORPORATION, et al.," Civil No. 8710, now
pending in the United States District Court in and for the Eastern
District of California.
