:dIIER';AS, the State of California Department of P~Iental
Hygiene has indicated its intent to allocate Federal Comprehensive
'Ilealth Services Act funds to the Butte County Health Department,
ITOW, TI-iF~.?EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of Super-
visors, on behalf of the Butte County Health Department, hereby
agrees to accept said allocation and abide by all of the terms and
conditions thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte is hereby authorized to execute
all contracts and/or other documents necessary to receive said
allocation.
BE IT FURTHLP. RESOLVED that a certified copy hereof be
forwarded to the State Department of Mental Hygiene.
