COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION CONSENTTNG TO THE TRANSFER OF A NON-EXCLUSIVE
LICENSE TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY
TELEVISION SYSTEM TN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, SUi2R0UNDING THE
CITY OF OROVILLE, CALIFORNIA

WHEREAS, the Oroville Communication Company, by letter
dated February 11, 1969, has requested the County of Butte's
consent to transfer its business license dated April 11, 1967, as
amended; and
WHEREAS, Oroville Communication Company has requested
that its license be assigned to Nor Cal Cablevision, Inc., which
is comprised of the following shareholders with their respective
percentages of ownership:

McClatchy Newspapers 40°~
', Columbia Broadcasting System, Inc. (CBS) 40%
Tele-Vue Systems, Inc. 20%
WHEREAS, said business license dated April 11, 1967, had
incorporated therein the agreement between the City of Oroville
and Oroville Communications Company dated December 29, 1964,
requesting the consent of the County of Butte prior to any
transfer of said license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California that the County of
Butte formally consents to the assignment of the aforementioned
business license from Oroville Communications Company to Nor Cal
Cablevision, Inc., provided the following conditions are met:
1. That all the terms and conditions of said business
license as amended, be accepted by and fulfiled by Nor Cal
Cablevision, Inc.
2. That the faithful bonds referred to in Section 12 of
the incorporated Oroville Agreement be filed by Nor Cal

County of Butte, State of California, this 11th day of March,
1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, MHYOn, Reynolds and Chairman McKi7
