BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TN FULL APPORTIONMENT TO COUNTX OF BUTTE OF
FEDERAL-AID SECONDARY AND STATE HIGHWAY MATCHING FUNDS

2 WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the State
3' of California has notified the County of Butte that under the
4 California Secondary Highway Act of 1951, as amended, the
~ following funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, are
6 apportioned to Butte County:
7 Federal-Aid Secondary Funds - $190,085
State Highway Matching Funds - $100,000
8
and

WHEREAS, the Gounty of Butte desires to accept and
10
match said funds;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
12
Supervisors of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of California, as
13'
follows:

1. That County wishes to claim and utilize the entire
15
amount of Federal-Aid Secondary Funds apportioned to County, to
16
wit, the sum of $190,085 and the entire amount of State Highway
17
Matching Funds apportioned to said County, to wit, the sum of
1$
$100,000;
19
2. That County hereby agrees to provide matching funds
20
therefor as may be necessary and required to complete the
21
financing of County's F.A.S. projects;
22
3. That this resolution is made in compliance with
23
Section 2211 of the Streets and Highways Cade of the State of
24
California, and the Clerk of this Board is authorized to forward
25
two certified copies hereof to the District Engineer of the
26
Department of Public Works of the State of California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
29
thereof on the 18th day of March, 1969 by the following vote:
