BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AMENDING STREETS AND HIGHWAYS PLAN OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 66-98, the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, adopted a Streets
and Highways Plan to provide for and insure the promotion of the
orderly economic growth and development and insure an adequate
high~.ray transportation system for the County of Butte; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of tie Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte to amend said Streets and Highways Plan
to include therein that portion of East Lindo Avenue lying
between East First Avenue and East Fifth Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Public Hearings were conducted by the Planning
Commission of the County of Butte, State of California, for the
purpose of adopting said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, for the purpose
of adopting said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California that the Streets
and Highways Plan adopted in Resolution No. 66f198 be amended
to include therein that portion of East Lindo Avenue lying
between East First Avenue and East Fifth Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California this 9S,,~t.h day of i~iarch
