RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSIDER AND HOLD HEARINGS
ON A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A COUNTY
SERVICE AREA

WHEREAS, two members of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte have requested the establishment of a county
service area for the purpose of installing and maintaining fire
hydrants for fire protection, the boundaries of which are describ-
ed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference; and
WHEREAS, prior to the consideration of the Board of Supervis-
ors and the Resolution of Intention, it is necessary to obtain
the comment of the Local A<;ency Formation Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
'Supervisors that they intend to consider a Resolution of I_rztention
to establish a county service area for the purpose of installing
and maintaining fire hydrants for fire protection contained within
the boundaries described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that by this resolution the:Board of
Supervisors submit the proposal to the Local Agency Formation
Commission for their actions at their next regularly held meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 2~th .day of ~ 1969,
by the following vote:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the northerly right of .gay line of Manzanita
