BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY' OF BUTTE , STATE OF CAL IF ORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTUAL COST CONTRACT BETWEEN
COUNTY OF BUTTE AND PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY
PENTZ-MAGALIA HIGHWAY - PROJECT NO. 45471-67-1
WHEREAS, County of Butte proposes to realign the Pentz-
M~lia Highway from Bennum Road to Lime Saddle Road; and
WHEREAS, the realignment of Pentz-Magalia Highway necessitate:
the crossing of a PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY high voltage pole
line and easement which will require relocation of electric
facilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVEB by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of Califorrna, as follows:
1. The said Board hereby approves that certain actual cost
contract made the day of 1969, by and
between PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY and COUNTY OF BUTTE, whereii
a joint use easement is granted to County of Butte and actual cost
of said pole relocations work is contained.
2. The Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the County of Butte, said contract, and his
signature attested to by the Clerk of this Board and acknowledged.
3. That a certified copy of this resolution be attached by
the Clerk of said Board to said contract and the required copies
thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this8th day of April , 1969,
by the following vote:
