EXTENDING TIME ON CONTRACT
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
That the County Surveyor of the County of Butte be,
and he is hereby, directed to grant an extension of time of
one hundred forty-four (144) days to
A. TEICHERT & SON, INC.
on its Contract to construct certain improvement work within
the East Avenue Assessment District, to the extent, vuith
the materials and in the manner set forth in the following
Resolutions of this Board:
Resolution No. 68-81 Resolution of Intention
adopted May 28, 1968
Resolution No. 69--4 Resolution of Intention to
Order Changes in Work adopted January '7, 1969.
