CONFIRMING PROCEEDINGS AND ASSESSMENT
W~REAS, the Engineer of Work of the County of Butte,
State of California, has heretofore made and filed with the
Clerk of this Board of Supervisors, an assessment together
with a Diagram and Engineer's Certificate attached thereto,
to represent the costs and expenses {including incidental
expenses), for the work of improving certain streets and
easements within and adjacent to East Avenue Assessment
District in said County of Butte, the proceedings for the
making of which improvements were initiated by adoption of
the following Resolutions of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte:
Resolution No. 68-81 Resolution of Intention
adopted May 28, 1968
Resolution No. 68-98 Resolution Ordering Work
adopted June 25, 1968
Resolution No. 69-4 Resolution of Intention to
Order Changes in Work ado~d January 7, 1969
Resolution No. 89-5 Resolution Ordering Changes
in Work adopted January 7, 1969, and
WHEREAS, April 8, 1968, at 8:30 o'clock P.M. was
`:'' the time fixed by the said Clerk of this Board for the
hearing by this Board upon the Assessment, and it was also

the time fixed for the hearing of any appeals by any person
interested in said work or in said Assessment, and
WHEREAS, no appeals having been made, and
WHEREAS, this Board has heard evidence upon said
Assessment. and the acts and determinations of the Engineer
of Work and is satisfied with the correctness of the same.
NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
That these proceedings are hereby confirmed;
That said Assessment, together With the Diagram and
Engineerts Certificate attached thereto, be, and the same are
hereby approved and confirmed in all respects as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OE THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 8th DAY OF April ,
1969, by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS Dunaway, Howsden, Maxon, Reynolds and Chairman McKillop
NOES: SUPERVISORS None
