RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EF~RC~NCY EXPENDITURES
IN COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 31
WHEREAS, it is mandatory for preservation of public health
and safety that lifeguards be employed, and chemicals be
purchased, and electricity be purchased to run the facility for
the swimming pool which is the subject matter of County Service
Area No. 3I; and
WHEREAS, said expenditures are authorized pursuant to
Government Code Section 29127, et seq,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. The expenditure of funds for the benefit of County
Service Area No. 31 on an emergency basis, pursuant to Government
Code Section 29127, et seq, is hereby authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April , 1969,
by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, by the following vote:
