BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH POLICY ON APPOINTMENT OF
HOUSING AUTHORITY COP'll"IISSIGNERS, TO BE BASED UPON
SUFERVISORIAL DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, the activities of the Butte County Housing
Authority have, in the past years, been extended throughout the
County of Butte; and
WHEREAS, this board wishes to involve representation on
on said board on a county-wise basis,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That the term ending on April 22, 1969, shall be
filled by a resident of the 2nd Supervisorial District.
2. That the term ending on April 22, 1970, shall be
filled by a resident of the 3rd and 1st Supervisorial District.
3. That the terms ending on April 22, 1971, shall be
filled by a resident of the 4th Supervisorial District.
4. That the term ending on April 22, 1972, shall be
filled by a resident of the 5th Supervisorial District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 15th day of April,
1969, by the following vote:
AYES :Supervisors Dfznaway, dowsden, Maxon, Reynolds and Chairman
