RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILEAGE
WITHIN BUTTE COUNTY

WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets and Highways Code provides that
in May of each year county shall submit to the Department of Public Works,
State of California, any additions or deletions from its mileage of maintained
county roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or
deleted; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, State of California, certified
to the State Controller on March 31, 1969, that the total mileage of maintaine
county roads in Butte County was 1415.85 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained
county roads is 1420.24 miles;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the mileage of maintained county
roads certified March 31, 1969, be corrected in accordance with the indica-
tions in color on the accompanying maps marked Exhibit "A" and in accordance
with the mileage summaries marked Exhibit "B", both exhibits being made a
part of this resolution, by incorporation herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
