BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION REQUESTING A THOROUGH STUDY
AND ANALYSIS OF ACA 29
WHEREAS, this board has been made aware of the provisions

of ACA 29; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this board that a thorough
study and analysis of ACA 29 should be made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That this board respectfully requests the Legal
Advisory Committee of County Supervisors Association to conduct
a thorough study and analysis of ACA 29, and that the Government
Operations Committee of the County Supervisors Association like-
wise conduct such a study.
2, That a copy of these studies be sent to each county
and be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the County Supervisors
''Association of California for possible action and recommendation
to the Legislature.
3. That a copy of this resolution be sent to the County
Supervisors Association of California, and to any other interested
parties.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of April, 1969, by the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, by the following
vote:
AYES':' Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Maxon, Reynolds and
NOES: None Chairman McKilloF
