BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTTON :SUTHORIZING TFiE DISSOLUTION OF COUNTY SERVICE
AREA N0. 32 _---
WHE~tEA5, heretofore on the 19th day of September, 1967,
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, of the State of
California adopted and passed a Resolution Establishing County
Service Area No. 32, to provide a survey and study of the
drainage problems and develop a master plan for drainage within
said area; and
WHEREAS, said Board believes that there has been a
non-user of the powers of said service area, and that there is
a reasonable probability that such non-user may continue and
that a dissolution of said service area will be for the interest
of landowners or present or future inhabitants within said
service area; and
WHEREAS, Title 6, Division 1, Part 5, Chapter !~ of th e
Government Code of the State of California provides for the
dissolution of a county service area upon the basis of the above;

WHEREAS, a hearing was duly held on May 6, 1969, which
hearing was duly noticed according to law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That pursuant to the aforementioned code provisions,
this board hereby dissolves County Service Area No. 32 because
of the n.on-user of the powers of said service area, and the
benefits to be derived from the landowners and inhabitants
by the dissolution thereof
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 6th-day of May, 1969,
by the following vote:
