BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO OONSIDER AND HOLD HEARINGS
ON A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A COUNTY
SERVICE AREA
WHEREAS, two members of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte have requested the establishment of a county
service area for the purpose of installing street lighting, the
boundaries of which are described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
awl made a part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, prior to the consideration of the Board of
Supervisors and the Resolution of Intention, it is necessary to
obtain the comment of the Local Agency Formation Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that they intend to consider a Resolution of
Intention to establish a county service area for the purpose
of installing street lighting, contained within the boundaries
described in Exhibit '~A", attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that by this resolution the Board
of Supervisors submit the proposal to the Local Agency Formation
Commission for their actions at their next regularly held meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 3rd day of Jura ,
1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsdan, Maxim Reynolds and Chairman
