BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1969-70
(GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 29„000 ET. SEQ.)
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF GALIFORNIA, as followsS
1. That the tabulation of al:ticipated revenues and proposed expenditures
for the fiscal year 1969«70 has 'been trev~?ewed and revised -under the directian of
this Board, and now conforms to its judgement as a proper preliminary financial
program for said fiscal year and is hereby adopted as the "Proposed Budget of the
County of Butte for the Fiseal Year 1969'70,"
2. The "Proposed Budget" shall be reproduced and a sufficient number of
budget documents shall be pro~rided so that each taxpayer who desires may obtain one,
and a copy shall immediately be £arurarded to the State Controller by the Auditor.
3o The Clerk of the Board shall forthwith publish a notice once in a
newspaper of general circulation stating that;

(a) The "Proposed Budget" documents are available to taxpayers requesting

24th day of June, 19699 in the Board of Supervisors room in the Courthouse on
Huntoon Streetfl in the City of Oroville9 County of Butte, State of California, for
the purpose of fixing the final budget and any taxpayer may appear thereat and be
heard regarding the increases decr~eas~ or omission of any items o£ the Budget or
for the inclusion of additional items9 alp, •~ss accordance with Section 29,066 of the
Government Code of the StatA of California,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Buttee
State of California, this 3rd day of Jane, 1969, by the following votes
AYESS Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Maxon, Reynolds and Chairman McKillop
