'9 10 7.1 12- 1.3' 14 15 iB 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 2B: 27 28 29 30 31 32' RESOLUTION N0. 69-109 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN 'TG SIGN WHEREAS, this board wishes to take advantage of the offer made by the Office of Economic Opportunity and the State of Calif- ornia, with regard to assistance in the finance of a food commodity or a foad stamp program; and WHEREAS, the State of California has prepared a contract which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A', NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOZVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that this board approves said contract attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and the chairman of this board is hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the county. Payments made pursuant to this contract will be made monthly on a reimbursement basis. Copies of all invoices and payroll must accompany requests for payment to the State of California, Migrant Programs.. Payments will be made in the amount of 50% of-each invoice submitted. The conditions referred to in the letter from Noel H. Klores, dated June 11,196 (copy attached) are a part of this contract. The provisions on the reverse side hereof constitute a part of this agreement.
