BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 69-98, ESTABLISFalING
ADVISORY BOARD OF THE BUTTE COUNTY REGIONAL COUNCIL ON
CRIMINAL JUSTICE, APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN, AND AUTHORI-
Z2;TION OF CERTAIN POWERS FOR TI3E TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 69-9$, establishing an advisory
board of the Butte County Regional Council on Criminal Justice,
was passed and adopted on June 3, 1969; and
WHEREAS, this board feels that it would be in the best
interest of said advisory board that amendments to said Resolution
No. 69-98 be made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That paragraph 1 (f) be amended to read: "not more
than six citizens of the County of Butte", rather than
"two citizens of the County of Butte".
2. That paragraph 2 (b) be amended to read: "not more
than six citizens of the County of Butte" rather than
"two citizens".
3. That the remainder of Resolution No. 69-98 shall remain
in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 1st day of July; 1969,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Hotirsden~ Reynolds Dunaway Maxon and
Chairman McT~il~op
