HomeMy WebLinkAbout69-118RESOLUTION N0. 69-118 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER N0, 1, SIERRA DEL ORO ESTATES UNIT N0. 3 ASSESSMENT-DISTRICT, COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALII'ORNIA T~HEREAS, there has been presented to the Board of Supervisors of the Cov.nty of Butte by the Engineer of Work for the Sierra Del Oro Estates Unit No. 3 Assessment District a Change Order labeled CHANGE ORDER N0, 1, dated July 8, 1969, a copy of which Change Order is attached hereto and by reference incorporated .herein; and WHEREAS, said Change Order No. 1 is recommended for approval by the Director of Public.Works of the County of Butte, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California that said Change Order No. 1 is hereby approved. We the undersigned Contractor, having given careful considera° tion to the change proposed and hereby agree,- it this proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as otherwise noted herein, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept. as fu11 payment there- for the prices shown herein.
