Resolution No. 69- 123
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF STREET OR HIGHWAY EASEMENT FROM SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
RE
ROCKY 'DANE GROSSING CH-200.65
WHEREAS, Rocky Lane exists in the County Streets and Highways System;
and

WHEREAS, this road in County Streets and Highways System requires an
easement to cross the Southern Pacific Railroad;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That said Board hereby approves this certain easement for Rocky
Lane by and between Southern Pacific Company and the County of Butte, wherein
an easement for the crossing hereinabove described is granted to the County
of Butte.
2. The Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the County of Butte, said easemenC.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be attached by the Clerk
of said Board to said easement and the required copies thereof be forwarded to
the Southern Pacific Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 15th day of JuIY , 1969,
by the following vote:
