RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXCHANGE REAL PROPERTY

WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors to exchange
that real property described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, for that certain
real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
is necessary for the public and the county use as highway right of way; and
WHEREAS, the real property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto,
is not necessary for public or county use; and
WHEREAS, this Board desires to exchange said property pursuant to
Section 960.4 of the Streets and Highways Code and Section 25365 of the
Government Code of the State of Califirnia.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That the Board hereby finds that the property described in
Exhibit "B" is not necessary for public or county use, and further that the
property described in Exhibit "A" is necessary for county use, and that said
property described in Exhibit "B" is of equal value to the property described
in Exhibit "A".
2. That it is the intention of this Board to execute a quitclaim deed
for the property described in Exhibit "B"
3. That it is the intention of this Board to make said exchange on
the 26th of August, 1969, at the hour of 8:30 PM, the Board of Supervisors
Room, Courthouse, located in Oroville, California.
4. That the clerk of this Board shall give notice pursuant to
Government Code Section 6061, by publishing in a newspaper of general circula-
tion in the County of Butte of the intention of this Board to make such exchange.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 5th day of August, 1969, by the following vote:

Parcel 2-A
All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California,
described as follows:
A portion of Lot 12 of the Meridian Subdivision of the John Bidwell Rancho, recorded
isi the office of the Recorder of the County of Sutte, State of California, October 8,
1901, in Book B of Maps, at page 16, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning on the northerly line of said Lot i2 at the northeast corner of that certain
parcel of land deeded to the County of Butte, and recorded in said Recorder's Office
July 22, 1965, in Book 1382, Official Records, page 354; thence east along the said
northerly line, a distance of 63.62 feet; thence leaving said northerly line S 9°41'30"E,
17.68 feet; thence southerly on the arc of a tangent 1000.00 foot radius curve, concave
to the northwest, through a central angle of 28°5b`04", for 505.00 feet; thence
3 19°14'34"47 194.53 feet; thence southerly on the arc of a tangent 300.00 foot radius
curve, concave to the east through a central angle of 19°02'37" for 99.71 feet to the
easterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the County of Butte by deed
recorded June 3, 1959, in Book 820, Official Records, page 593; thence along said
easterly line, northerly on the arc of a 480.00 foot radius curve (radial line to said
curve at this point bears S 66°12'15"W) concave to the northeast, through a central
angle of 31°24'39", for 263.15 feet to the most southerly corner of said parcel of land
deeded to the County of Butte, by deed recorded July 22, 1965, in Book 1382, page 354;
thence along the easterly line of the last said parcel the following courses and
distances: N 21°52'44"E, 51.28 feet; N 13'41 08"E, 271.01 feet; and northerly on the
arc of a tangent 580.00 foot radius curve, concave to the west, through
a central angle of 22°45'2p", for 230.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 1.496 acre, more or less.

An easement for roadway purposes adjacent to the easterly bank of the Sacramento River
described as follows:

parcel of land deeded to Che County of Butte, and. recorded in said Recorder's Office
July 22, 1965 in Book 1382, Official Records, page 354; thence east along the said
northerly Line, a distance of 302.49 feet; .thence leaving said northerly line, southerly
on the arc of a non tangent 88fl.00 foot radius curve, (radial Line to said curve aC
this point bears N 64°02'10"E) concave to the west, through a central angle of 19°38'58"
