RESOLUTION N0. 69-~~J~
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION REPLENISI3ING CASH DIFFERENCE FUND
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December, 1962, a Cash Differ-
ence Fund was established by Resolution No. 62-105, pursuant to
Government Code Section 29370; and
WHEREAS, the treasurer has, pursuant to Government Code
Section 29377, applied for replenishment of said fund; and
WHEREAS, said treasurer has itemized each cash deficit in
his application for replenishment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, that the County
Auditor shall draw his special warrant in the sum of $133.96 on
the General Fund of the County of Butte to replenish the Cash
Difference Fund, payable to the County Treasurer and Tax Colle ctor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 5th day of August
