SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of
General Services of the State of California to purchase eight (8)
California Highway Patrol vehicles, and one (1) 4 door sedan, 119"
wheel base, for and on behalf of the County of Butte, pursuant to
Section 14814, Government Code, and that E.W. Bosworth, Assistant
County Administrative Officer and Purchasing Agent, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests
and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the
County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 5th day of August, 1969, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway Howsden~ Maxon, l~eynolds
and Chairman McKillop
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
