( 9-~~jQ BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 1 2 3 4 5 6 fi 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 23 ~ 26 2'7 28 29 30 31. 32 RESOLUTION EXCIiANGTNG REAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN QUITCLAIM DEED (River Road 41123-69-1) WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, heretofore declared its intention to exchange that real property described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, for that certain real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto; and WHEREAS, said property, fully described in Exhibit "B" is not required for county use; and WHEREAS, SAID real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is necessary for the public and the county use as right of way; and WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value; and WHEREAS, the Board:;of Supervisors, by Resolution lvo, passed and adopted on August 5, 1969, stated their intention to exchange the mal properties described in the exhibits herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butt, State of California, as follows: 1. The Board hereby exchanges the real property described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, for that certain real property shown in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full. 2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed in favor of JUDD U. DE WOODY and LADY BTRD DE WOODY, covering the real property described in Exhibit "B", and the Chairman is further authorized to accept the grant deeds from JUDD U. DE WOODY and LADY BIRD DE WOODY in favor of the County of Butte, covering that certain real property described in Exhibit "A".
