RESOLUTION EXCIiANGTNG REAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS AND
AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN QUITCLAIM DEED
(River Road 41123-69-1)
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, heretofore declared its intention to exchange that real property
described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, for that certain real property
described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, said property, fully described in Exhibit "B" is not required
for county use; and
WHEREAS, SAID real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
is necessary for the public and the county use as right of way; and
WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value; and
WHEREAS, the Board:;of Supervisors, by Resolution lvo, passed and
adopted on August 5, 1969, stated their intention to exchange the mal properties
described in the exhibits herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butt, State of California, as follows:
1. The Board hereby exchanges the real property described in Exhibit
"B", attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, for
that certain real property shown in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed in favor of
JUDD U. DE WOODY and LADY BTRD DE WOODY, covering the real property described
in Exhibit "B", and the Chairman is further authorized to accept the grant deeds
from JUDD U. DE WOODY and LADY BIRD DE WOODY in favor of the County of Butte,
covering that certain real property described in Exhibit "A".
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,

Parcel 2-A
All that certain real property situate in tkte County of Butte, State of California,
described as follows:
A portion of Lot 12 of the Meridian Subdivision of the John Bidwell Rancho, recorded
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, October 8,
1901, in Book B of Maps, at page 16, more particularly described as follows;.
Beginning on the northerly line of said Lot 12 at the northeast carnet of that certain
parcel of land deeded to the County of Butte, and recorded in said Recozdez`s Office
July 22, 1965, in Book 1382, Official Records, page 354;. thence east along the said
northerly Izne, a distance of 63.62 feet; thence leaving said northerly line S 9°41`30"E,
17.68 feet; thence southerly on the arc of a tangent 1000.00 foot radius curve, concave
to the nazthwest, through a central angle of 28°56'04", far 505.00 feet; thence
S 19°14'34"W 194.53 feet; thence southerly on the arc of a tangent 300.00 foot radius
curve, concave to the east through a central angle of I9°02'37" for 99.71 feet to the
easterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the County of Butte by deed
recorded June 3, 1959, in Book 820, Official Records, page 593; thence along said
easterly line, northerly on the arc of a 480.00 foot radius curve (radial line to said
c urve at this point bears S 66°l2`15"W) concave to the northeast, through a central
angle of 31°24'39", for 263.15 .feet to the most southerly coiner of said parcel of land
deeded to the County of Butte, by deed recorded July 22, 1965, in Boak 1382, page 354;
thence along the easterly Tine of the Last said parcel the following courses and
distances: N 2l°52'44"E, 51.28 feet; N I3°43.'08"E, 271.0? feet; and northerly on the
arc of a tangent 5$0.00 foot radius curve, concave to the west, through
a central angle of 22°45x20", for 230.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
