RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR DELEGATION OF ACTIVITIES UNDER CAP
GRANT N0. CG-7057, AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN
TO SIGN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the County of Butte, the Community Action Agency,
desires to enter into an agreement for delegation of activities
under CAP Grant No. CG-7057, with the First United Methodist
Church, Oroville, California, for certain activities of the Full
Year Head Start, Part Day, Oroville Center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, a.s follows:
1. That the agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto,
is hereby approved by -this board, and the Chairman of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Boated of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 26th day of .August, 1969, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Reynolds, Dunaway, Maxon and
Chairman McKillop
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
