RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT
TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION UNDER THE SUPER-
VISION OF THE STATE FORESTER OF CALIFORNIA
AND AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Butte hereby adopts
the attached amendment to an agreement to provide fire
protection under the supervision of the State Forester of
California, and hereby authorizes the chairman of this board
to sign said amendment on behalf of this county.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 16th day of September,
1969, by the following vote:
