RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING LIMIT
IN THE DURHAM AREA NEAR BUTTE JUNIOR
COLLEGE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that the hereinafter described
county roads have a parking limit thereon of one (1) hour, ,
and the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed to have
legal parking limit signs erected at the necessary locations:
1. The westerly side of Midway between Dayton-
Durham Highway and Campbell Street; and
2. The easterly side of the Midway from Durham
Highway to a point 350' north of Durham Highway.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 23rd day of September,
1969, by the following vote:
AYES: S~Pervisors Dunaway Howsden~ Maxon, Reynolds,
Chairman McKillop
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
