UNDER THE E1-IERGENCY FLOOD RELIEF LAW

WHEREAS, the Emergency Flood Relief Law; Sections 54150, et.. seq., of the Government
Code, authorizes State aid to repair or restore storm and flood damage pr destruction to public real
property ha ng a general public and state interest, subject to the appropriation of the necessary funds
by the Stat~Legislature; and
' WHEREAS, during the period from January 19 69 to March 19 69 there

in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof..
