Resolufion No. 69-191
RESOLUTION AMENDING STREETS AND HIGHWAYS ELEMENT
OF GENERAL PLAN OF COUNTY OF BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 65355, hearings
have been held by the Board of Supervisors to consider amending the
Streets and Highways element of the general plan to include those
streets and routes designated in red on the map attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, this board finds that an amendment of the Butte
Counby General Plan in the above stated particulars will promote
the orderly economic growth and development and insure an adequate
highway transportation system for the County of Butte,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, that the General Plan of•
the County of Butte be amended to include therein the above mentioned
streets and routes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Government Code
Section 65359, the Streets and Highways element of the General Plan
of the County of Butte be endorsed to show that an amendment to
include the above mentioned streets and routes has been approved by
this board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Government Code
Section 65360, a copy of this resolution, together with a copy of
a map showing the above mentioned amendments be transmitted to the
City Councils of the cities of Butte County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 2nd day of December, 1969, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Maxon, Reynolds,
Chairman McKillop ,
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

RESOLUTION AMENDING STREETS AND HIGHWAYS ELEMENT

WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 65351, hearings

Streets and Highways element of the general plan to include those
streets and routes designated in red on the map attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein; and

NOW, THERFrFflRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of
the County of Butte, State of California, that the General Plan
of the County of Butte be amended to include therein the above

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, pursuant to Government Code
