2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 679 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTEr
KNOWN AS THE "SAbARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAE, YEAR 1960-61.

The BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE

OF CALIFORNIA, do ordain as follows:

1. That Ordinance No. 679 of the County of Butte is
6
hereby amended as follows:

That Section No. 35, entitled "Sheriff-Coroner" of
8
said Ordinance is amended so that the last line of said section
9
shall read as follows:

"Flat 6 Deputy Sheriff --~ Part Time"

2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30~ days
12
after its adoption, and before the expiration o~ fifteen (15)
13
days after its passage and adoption, shall be published once in
14
the Oroville Press a newspaper published
15
in the County of Butte, State of California, together with the
16
names of the members voting for and against said ordinance.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
19
thereof on the 14th day of February, 1961.
