AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 697
The Board of Supervisors oz the County of Butte, State of California,
c 1 Do Ordain as follows:
2 Section 1. Subsection 2.4~ is hereby added to Ordinance No. 697 to read
as follows, to-wit:

2.4 Additional Uses Permitted: Tn addition to the uses permitted and
tl authorized under Section 2.2, and as an exception to Section 2.3, Commercial
uses and buildings shall be permitted without the securing of a use permit
6 within the areas described as follows, to-wit:
.6 a. Land having frontage on the Skyway from the intersection of
Neal Road to a distance not to exceed five-hundred (500) feet north of
7 Wagstaff Road, and the depth is net to exceed three-hundred and fifty (350')
feet from the centerline on the-west side of said Skyway, and on the east
~ side to the boundary which coincides with the Southern Pacific Railroad
rights-of-way.

b. For property having frontage on Pearson Road from the Southern
10 Pacific Ra,i]'.x'oad '. right-of-way to Clark Road, and the depth not to
exceed three-hundred and fifty (350) feet from the centerline of
': ';11 Pearson Road on each side.
i12 c. For property having frontage on Clark Road five-hundred (500)
feet south of Bushman Road to five-hundred (500) feet north of Pearson
,13 Road, and the depth not to exceed five-hundred (500) feet from the
centerline of Clark Road on each side.

d. For property having frontage on Clark Road five-hundred (500)
16 feet north and south of Elliott Road,, to a depth not to exceed
three-hundred and fifty (350) feet from the centerline of Clark Road
i,ig on each side.
17 e. For property having frontage on Clark Road, five-hundred (500)
feet north and south of Bills Road, with a depth not to exceed
18 three-hundred and fifty .(350) feet from the centerline of Clark Road
on each side.

f. For property having frontage on Clark Road, five-hundred (500)
20 feet north and south of Wagstaff Road, with a depth not to exceed
three-hundred and fifty (350) feet from the centerline of Clark Road
',Z1 on each side.
22 Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall talcs effect immediately
upon its passage, and before the expiration o~ fifteen (15) days and after
,23 its passage shall be published once, with the riaznes of all the members sroting
for and against the same, in Para 'G . P~Gt , a newspaper
24 published in said County of Butte.
25 PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
